MSARJS Sinusoidal Slide Armour Joint is a newly design. It not only has traditional armor joint functions like concrete edge protection and force transfer with dowel plate system but also has a unique noise reduction function. When the wheels roll across the joint, joints will be free shock and significantly reducing the impact, there is no additional noise occurrence compared to traditional straight edge armor joint. The system transfers vertical loads between adjacent floor slabs and minimizes vertical displacement of the slabs. It is ideal for high-bay floor and the floor where the AGC vehicle moves.
Load transfer and resistances are guaranteed for joints with openings of up to 30 mm. It is suitable for slab depths from 100 mm to 300 mm, and for slab sizes of up to 50 m by 50 m.
Application: mainly used for industrial building construction joint, transfer aisle and threshold position
